Welcome
Founded in 1989, the Actuarial Students' National Association, ANEA/ASNA, was created in order to unite the actuarial students from various universities.
Today, ANEA/ASNA represents almost all actuarial students across Canada with its thirteen member universities: Concordia, Laval, Manitoba, Montréal, York, Simon Fraser, Toronto, Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Waterloo, Calgary, Western Ontario, Regina and Alberta.
Thanks to email and the Internet, actuarial students from all over the world are in touch with our association.
Québec City 2010
Thank you to everyone who came out to the 2010 ASNA convention. This was our largest convention at nearly 500 attendees and 24 sponsoring organizations. We would like to consider our 21st birthday party a huge success. A great thank you is owed to Laval University for hosting this year’s convention.
Soon, ASNA will begin looking for new delegates to take over the reins and continue the yearly ASNA tradition. If you would like to take part as a delegate, please contact a current delegate at your school. If you are a company wishing to attend a future event, please contact me directly at asna.president gmail.com.
