2007 Waterloo
ASNA’s 2007 convention was held from January 5th to the 7th, 2007 at the Marriott Hotel at Toronto Downtown Eaton Centre.
Our theme this year, DEFYING ACTUARIAL ASSUMPTIONS, suggests that we want to change the way students view the actuarial profession by exposing them to exciting growing areas of practice in actuarial science. Our profession is changing: actuarial education now trains actuaries to become the universal risk managers of tomorrow. We envision ourselves solving risk problems in a multitude of fields and industries.
