ASNA Executive

Meet the 2012-2013 Executive

James Park, President

I am in my 4th year in the actuarial science program at the University of Western Ontario. I am from Vancouver and grew up there before my actuarial studies in London. This is my 3rd experience with the ASNA team and I served as a delegate and a secretary prior to my current position. As a president, my focus this year is to foster our organization expansion and to help every participant gain what he/she needs in the actuarial field. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, eating delicious food, and playing/watching football. This year, we are working truly hard aiming to offer you one of the best opportunities ever in the ASNA convention’s history. I’m really excited to meet up with you at Winnipeg this upcoming January!

Rosena Chan, Convention Chair

The upcoming school year will be my last year of University. As the organizer of the Convention, I want to let our students and sponsors to discover the other side of the Convention. One of my goals is to build up a clear and sustainable communication between University Committees and Sponsors. There are lots of exciting news and planning occurring during the summer. There is no doubt that this will be one of the most special years to ASNA. I hope to meet lots of you at the convention!
